At number three is an investment bank and asset manager, namely, Morgan Stanley. They also hold about $6.5 trillion of client assets. Morgan and Stanley also provide investment research as well as trading services. 

4. BlackRock Inc. – 6.5% ($52.1 Million)

5. State Street Corp. – 4.5% ($36.4 Million)
