Only people with a school-issued email address can access their school’s Student Hub. Even though the servers listed in the school’s Student Hub are run by students, people do not need to be members of the Student Hub to be invited to join the listed servers.

How To Get Invited To Discord School Hub?
To get invited to the Discord School Hub, Discord provides a pop-up window for students to input and verify their school email address. School email addresses are only used to verify Discord Student Hub and it won’t be visible to other Discord users who are not a part of the Institution.
You can Invite to Discord Student Hub via links to each institution’s Student Hub, which are sent to school emails and can only be used by accounts that have verified their corresponding institutional email address. Also, the students can opt out by leaving the Discord Student Hub anytime.

How To Remove From Discord Student Hub?
You can remove your server from the Discord Student Hub by hovering over a server preview in the hub on the top right corner to access a smaller menu that includes the option to “Remove from Hub”. You will be asked to confirm before removing the server from a hub.
To leave the Discord Student Hub click on the Student Hub name for a drop-down menu. From here you can leave the Discord Student hub, in addition to changing your nickname or inviting more classmates. If you decide to leave a hub, you will be asked to confirm prior to leaving.
